Does this problem happen in all scenes or only a specific one? If you try to create a new empty scene, can D5 run normally?
Please tell me your Windows system version, you can check it in Settings-About on your PC.

Hello, the version of Windows is 2H22. I can’t start the program or load scenes. It closes after 2 seconds. Thank you so much!

Please make sure the power supply wattage of the host computer is sufficient. Please try running D5 Render again after closing all software running in the background. Have you adjusted the parameters in the Bios to set the overclock of the CPU? If so, turn it off.
BTW, is your computer’s Windows profile name all in English? Are there any characters from other languages?
