Since I upgraded from version 2.4.1 to 2.4.2.1061 I have problems with my computer. Suddenly I am working on D5 and the computer shuts down and restarts and I get a blue window giving a system error. It only happens to me with D5. I even have version 2.3 in parallel and it works perfectly.
Could there be an incompatibility problem?

First, you can install D5 2.4.1 from this link, please install it in different place from the current one. Also, back up your files before reinstallation.

Besides, does the problem happen when you edit a specific file, or all files? Did you use D5 Converter to sync models to that scene file?
If possible, please send us a log file for troubleshooting. And if the problem happens to some specific files, can you send us a sample model file and D5 scene file as well?
