Hello D5 Support,
I previously had an active D5 Educational License linked to my student account (@alumnos.udg.mx). I am still an active university student and my license should still be valid, but my account suddenly reverted to Community status.
I cannot find the “Get D5 for Education” option anymore, and the education portal redirects me only to subscription plans. Could you please help me check what happened to my educational license and how I can restore it?

The D5 Get Education button has been relocated to D5Launcher.

The educational license is valid for 180 days. Once it expires, you will need to reapply using the same process. However, this time, please ensure you upload updated documents, as we prefer that they be generated no more than 3 months before your application.
