Hello Forum,
never had this problem before. But today, when I want to place some assets which first must to be downloaded, the download stucks at 50% or doesn´t even start downloading.
What could be the problem? My PC is of course online. Also I´m logged in into my D5 Account.
I restarted my PC. And now not any Asset is showing up.

Hi @peterdrummer Could you please install the latest version of D5 Render from the official website. If you have an ongoing project which you must finish in 2.11, please install the Hotfix version (2.11.1) Unique Download Link | WeTransfer

Thx Anthony! The Hotfix 2.11.1 changed nothing. Now I upgraded to 3.0.
But the Assets are not working, only Scatter and Terrain is available.
What about the other Assets? Please take a look at the screenshot. Thx!
Are you connected to a company network? Please check your private message for a list of our IP addresses you can whitelist on your end.
