**Screenshots/Videos Description: Puedo iniciar sesion a la cuenta desde la pagina pero en el programa pongo la contraseña y no carga, no me deja entrar de ninguna manera, y tengo la version pro y no puedo usar sus elementos.

  1. Can you not log in through both D5 Launcher and Render?
  2. Does it show any error message, or does it simply fail to load after entering credentials?
  3. Are you using a VPN, firewall, or antivirus that might block the launcher’s connection?
  4. What exact D5 version are you using?
  5. Did this issue start after a recent update or fresh installation?
