Problema con tarjeta de credito/ credit card has been declined

Hi! Estoy tratando de realizar el pago mensual desde Uruguay, pero no me permite realizar el pago. Hable con mi banco, y me dicen que el problema es en el sitio web. Trate con varios navegadores y tampoco he podido. Mi tarjeta es Mastercard y he realizado compras en el exterior anteriormente. Cual es el problema?
