**Issue Description:*For a couple of days now the following problems have been observed:
account is logged out,
objects are missing in the online library or they cannot be applied to the scene,
objects from the local library cannot be applied to the scene,
does not switch to the selected libraries, but remains on the previous tab.
After some time, the work is restored, but all the described problems are repeated again.*

I apologize for the inconvenience. Several users have reported the same issue that you are experiencing. We are currently investigating this issue and will resolve it as soon as possible.
Just a follow-up question:
Are you able to use AI Tools?
Does connecting to another network work?
Have you tried whitelisting our IPs? If not, please let me know I can provide our IPs and see if the issue persists.
Update: We have not imposed any restrictions on the Russian network. We tested using a Russian VPN and were able to log in and access the asset library normally. Please check whether your network environment has implemented any restrictions. If it has, please whitelist our IPs, I have sent them to you via Direct Message.
