hi, I bought a new laptop because my previous laptop with student certification to use d5 had low specifications, and I tried to log in again, but it says it’s impossible with an information window like the title. I have to use it before the license ends, is there a way to get student authentication again with a new laptop

Please note that the Edu License is a fixed-seat license, meaning it is tied to the device on which it was first activated. For data security reasons, we are unable to unbind your device during its active period.

You may continue using it on your current device until it expires. Once your Edu License has expired, you may reapply for a new one on your new device, provided that you still meet the eligibility requirements. Thank you for your understanding

If you unbind my existing laptop and downgrade the license to the community version, I think there is an answer that I can apply for an educational license again,
