Hello, I had to reset my PC after requesting the education license. It is exactly the same device.
What should I do?
Thank you for reaching out. In D5 Render 3.0, you should be able to unbind your device directly from your MySpace page. Please log in to your Launcher, click on your email, open your My Space page, and unbind the previous device entry. You can then log in again to your current setup.
Please also note that device unbinding is limited to once per year, so kindly proceed with caution before confirming the unbind. If you encounter any issues while doing this, feel free to let me know.

I did the unbind and I am pretty sure the device name was the pc I was using but while login it said use the bound device… I applied for new educational licence is there way to get it faster then last time?
I bought the pro for one month I hope you will not change it with the educational

I’ve checked your account and can confirm that you subscribed to the monthly Pro plan but canceled it shortly after.
