PC crashes and restarts when I render in d5

Hi there. My PC almost constantly creashes and restarts when I render in d5. I used to think it had to do with heavy files but i’ve realised it happens even for smaller files and it’s getting quite frustrating. My PC is quite high specs as follows
Processor: Intel Core i9-10900K @3.7GHz (20 CPUs)
Ram: 32gb
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti with approx total memory of 28gb
I would very much appreciate if there is any help I can get.

When you’re rendering in D5, your PC almost constantly squeaks and restarts. Before restarting, is there a pop-up window that reports an error?

And what I want to ask, what is the version of your GPU driver and the version of Windows you have installed? It is recommended to use the latest version of the D5 with the latest GPU driver and Windows version 22H2 or higher.

Sorry to hear that.
Are you using the latest version of D5? and what is your driver version?
You can refer to this post first Crashes/Restarts/Fails to Load
BTW, try to turn off Setting-screen-Graphics Settings-Hardware accelerated gpu (if it is on now)
