Overexposure when rendering an image

Graphics Card: NIVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
Driver Version: 32.0.15.5585
Issue Description: If i try to render an image, everything gets OVEREXPOSED! (textures are not reflecting correctly as well). My auto-exposure if off and i am using hdri
