I apologize for the inconvenience. I may also need more information regarding this issue:

  • Does this problem only happens in this specific file? Or is it consistent in other files as well?
  • If you select and check the Material ID box what happens? It seems that the material ID option in the image you have shared is not greyed-out, so it can still be selected
  • Generally, Material ID is greyed-out or cannot be selected if you have enabled “Outline Mode”
