i can’t download asset and can’t use asset is have in laptop

First, this problem happened suddenly, right? Did you turn on any network settings or VPN now? If yes please turn them off.
Second, can you download assets from “Models” or “Particles” category?
Third, you may try turning off Windows Defender or antivirus software which may prevent you from connecting to our server. If you are using a company network, please contact your IP department.
If the problem remains, please send us two folders that contain logs:
- A folder called logs, in the installation directory of D5 2.1
- A folder called Saved, in C:/Users/your account/AppData/local/d5_immerse
Besides, please run this Network detection tool(follow the steps of README.txt), then send us logs as well.

Update: Kettisaklove changed an ISP then the problem is resolved.

hi guys, im new on the forum and learning d5 for 3 months… ive updated to 2.4 but now i just can download some assets, and the other show the download wheel up to 100%, but stills shows as a not downloaded asset
I downloaded those 2 materials, but the upper shows as nothing has changed and the bottom one downloaded normally.
Im From Brazil, ive tried to run the D5networkstats but says thats a file is missing

Hi mate, to confirm, does the same problem happen to models as well? It happens to some specific materials, right?
Do you use your personal computer, or company devices? Some antivirus software may have rules to block files which are encrypted, like the assets in D5 library, you can turn off antivirus or switch a network then try again.

hi oliver, it happens with models too, its a company pc and i connect through a vpn (home office)… On 2.3 version it was all smooth with the free version, but now 2.4 started this problem, together with the lower viewport performance ( 3 - 10 fps)
( which was smooth before on 2.3) ( 20 - 30) on the same model
im on a 2070 super, with the lastest drivers
which ports de we need to be allowed, so we can download tthe assets? or domain? i still cannot download those

hey guys any solution? we have a couple of projects on hold because of this problem… i just able to download 1 of every 10 assets i try to download… its very frustating, we tried firewall, ports and antivirus, but still the same…

This is totally nonsense, please me and other subscribers need a fix and fast!
I have tried all the solutions.
DNS, ETHERNETH CABLE, ANTIVIR OFF…
I have stopped projects and one of the two PCs is unusable, and I have two active licenses, but one out of two doesn’t work, the problem is localized in one of the 3 computers that I have in a studio, but that computer is fine with all the software, and with all external databases.
I am very angry and this situation creates enormous work problems.
Any solution for this?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please tell me your region and internet provider? We were experiencing problems with the PH region earlier, which made it impossible for users to access and download the asset library. However, this issue was resolved yesterday evening.
