can someone help , please??
Sorry for your issue. Does it work if you unzip the folder? Is this the D5 installer for 7Z? Where did you download this installer from? If you need to download D5, you can download it directly from our official website. Here is the link: Download | D5 Render
@Vera_Hsu thank you for your reply , yes it is D5 installer for 7Z, it happened after the last update, then i uninstalled it and download the latest version from the same link you share and the same alert showed at my antivirus and suggest to update the version of 7-zip.exe from the company website,
maybe it need an update from D5 team themselves ???
The download from this page should be an EXE installer, where is your 7Z folder located? Or did you zip the D5 install folder with 7Z?
Maybe you can add D5 to the whitelist in your antivirus program. You can try to run the Support Tool in the D5 installation directory to see if there is any conflict software. Disable conflicting software, if you have any.
@Vera_Hsu , yes i did same installation , it and it installed D5 by online downloading .
The 7Z file which came with the installation located at “” installation directory:\D5 Render\D5 Render\d5_immerse\Content “”
i used the support tool and yes it show conflict with my antivirus itself , but how can i exclude it from my antivirus list as it says ““Multiple vulnerabilities were found in 7-Zip. Malicious users can exploit these vulnerabilities to execute arbitrary code.””
i really appreciate your help and instance reply @Vera_Hsu , Thank you
Some users have also responded to apv.exe issues before. Apparently that’s a part of Kaspersky anti virus. You can try to uninstall Kaspersky and then reinstall D5 and it will be worked. Or can you whitelist in Kaspersky? Put D5 in there and then it shouldn’t affect it.
