My D5 is not syncing with my sketchup model. I am using the reload button in d5 and the model reloads but there are parts that are not in “sync” like textures and models. I have tried re-saving and re-loading and also making a new project in d5 and importing same file.

Hi! This is my first time experiencing this problem. It occurred twice in this model and the first time it persisted until I deleted the part of the model that has the problem.
I did make a new project file and import the same model and the problem is still present.
Syncing the sketchup and D5 by the “connect to D5” button in sketchup is still the same.
Hi there, Please check if there is an overlapping surface on the Sketchup model which may sometimes cause similar issues. You should also try to reverse the face of the material in the area as shown in the screenshot below. Please let me know if the issue persists.
