Model not showing after conversion from AC25 or Sketchup 21

D5 2.0.5.0320 + Archicad 25 (AC25 converter version 0.4.0) + Sketchup 21
AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
Driver Version: 21.12.01

After converting the model from Archicad 25 or Sketchup 21 to D5, the model is not showing any geometry. I just get an empty horizon. The model is listed under objects in D5 but the model space remains empty even after trying to ‘Focus on’. This problem persists in Sketchup 21 as well as in Archicad 25. I do manage to show the model by importing a sketchup file (as a sketchup v20 file) directly in D5. However, this is not possible with Archicad files.

Hi and.bru, sorry, we do not support AMD graphic cards, and I think that is the issue cause, AMD cards are not fully compatible with D5 Render for now. For Nvidia graphic cards, the same problem can be solved by updating video drivers, but we have no solution for AMD GPU…Thank you for your understanding!
