Missing models and materials

Hi,

I have encountered a problem with my D5. When I tried opening my files, part of the model were missing and some materials, entourage, etc…

It is only showing correctly in the scene thumbnails, but not in the display.

It happened to all my older D5 files, but not with the file I created recently!

Pease help!!!

Hi mate, sorry to hear that, Did you use any clouds or servers to save your work? what’s the version of these old files? where did you save these files? It seems broken.

You can also check the backup files to find these files back.
