Materials saved in LOCAL

MY locally save materials was not showing in the dropdown menu after the latest update. It was working before.

Hello,
Did you reinstall D5 Render, or update it on the Welcome page directly? Please make sure the menu is switched to Material.

Besides, the locally saved materials were saved in D5 Render, or moved to the local library folder manually?

I was using it and suddenly there was an update about 10 days ago. After the update it happens

This is what’s happening. It looks like it couldn’t find the materials that was saved to local.

Sorry for the late reply, we looked into this issue, but did not reproduce the problem. To confirm, the problem happens to both Model and Material category? Please go to the storage location then find a cache folder then send it to ziyin.zhu@d5techs.com

Also, please send me two folders containing logs

  1. A folder called logs, in the installation directory of D5 2.2
  2. A folder called Saved, in C:/Users/your account/AppData/local/d5_immerse

It’s just the material. The models are ok.

Sorry for the late reply. We checked the file you sent but cannot reproduce the problem with that.
First, please let us know whether the storage location is a NAS or online place like Onedrive/google drive?

Second, as mentioned before, we may need the two logs folders to narrow down the issue cause:
