Material ID can't be checked

**Graphics Card: GeForce RTX 3070Ti
**Issue Description: Material ID cannot be rendered/checked

Hello, when I want to render some 3D, material ID cannot be checked as shown on the pict I attached.
Sometimes in 1 single file, some scene can be rendered wit material ID, some cannot.
Please help.

When ‘‘Outline mode’’ is turned on, Material ID Channel option will not be ticked.
