Lost texture settings after a power outage

Driver Version: 581.29

After a power outage, D5 Launcher no longer recognizes the recent projects. After locating the project file on the disk, the imported model disappeared — its size shrank to atomic scale and cannot be enlarged. After reloading the file, the model loads, but all texture settings are lost. Backup works, but thesame case.

Have you tried accessing the file version history?
version history

Additionally,

  • May I know where these files were stored? Local Path? Cloud Storage? Server Path? or an External Hard Drive?

As I wrote, backup version has the same problem. Files are stored on the same disc, in my PC.

its possible to re-load recent projects? I use live connection with archicad and its ofc very usefull beceouse I still have my project list but… I make many versions of d5 render projects and the sequence was lost.

Hi @2xmprojekt

Yes, you can reload projects, just make sure you open the D5 file first, then activate the Livesync in order to retain the material information that you have set up.

Please send us your D5 file and log file, so we can troubleshoot this issue, the backup should work and should not be behaving this way.
