Graphics Card: Driver Version: Issue Description:
I can’t log in after installation. I can log in from another laptop, but the screen won’t go over even after trying with multiple accounts. Screenshots/Videos Description: Steps to Reproduce (optional):
Can you see the image now?
I tried it again today, but it’s still not logging in. When I used it a year ago, it logged in without any problems.
Compared to people who are having similar problems with me, I suspect network issues, but I’m using it easily on other websites without network issues.
Just to clarify, so this issue is only exists in this specific device that you are using right now?
Have you tried connecting to another network (mobile data) or perhaps using a VPN? Try to use it and see if you can log in without getting stuck in the log-in page.
It might also be best to temporarily disable Firewall or Antivirus software’s just to see if it’s causing the issue.
Try this method:
Open Command Prompt as Administrator, then run:
cmd
CopyEdit
certutil -urlcache * delete
Note: This clears the certificate cache used by Windows, which can get corrupted over time.
And I don’t know if it’s a related issue, but I had a connection error when I downloaded the file. So I downloaded it to the file shown in the image and installed it.

That’s certainly odd, but it’s best to follow the Prompt note that suggests you either:
Update your GPU Drivers
Or update your Windows Version
After updating, you can reinstall D5 Render and see if the you are now able to log-in, otherwise you can try to generate the log files then send it to me.
I solved it!!!
I did a Windows update as you said. The program has since been successfully installed, and the login has now been successfully completed.
