When I log into the D5 license after a few seconds the system automatic log out why !!

I apologize for the inconvenience.
- May I know which version of D5 Render you are using?
- Have you tried connecting to another network? Perhaps your mobile data?
This issue is usually caused by a mismatch between the CID file and the local and Windows registries. Please try to do the following:
- Open Windows Explorer and enter: %localappdata%\d5_launcher
- Locate and delete the file: cid.dat
- Restart D5 Render and try again.
If issue persists, you can try whitelisting our domains which I will be sending it to you privately.
