D5 Render Version: 2.10.1.0579 // LiveSync for Sketchup 1.5.0.0017
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060
Driver Version: version 576.28
Issue Description: D5 shutdown when request to render image. Message states :
" D5 LiveSync 1.5.0.0017 - Warning
The communication to the D5 Render is abnormal, live sync abort "

Hi @marion Could you please let me know which version of SketchUp you are using? It’s important to note that having too many group structures in a model can prevent it from being fully synced to D5, or it may cause some issues with the model after syncing.

To resolve this, please explode the group structures in SketchUp and try syncing again. Thank you!
