Light intense problem

Hello if you see the red arrows in the image i have led strips there im putting only 0.1 light intense and the light is to much for 0.1 what im doing wrong is it a graphic cards settings problem?? thanks

my specs are intel i7 6800k 32giga ram and geforce 1080.
