Can you download the assets now? I think it mainly is caused by a network issue.
If the problem remains, try switching to another network then see the result. Besides, if you turn on VPN or proxy settings, please turn off them and reopen D5 Render to see the result.

Nope, still can’t
I think there is a problem with Avira Ransomware protection…
If you turn off it or add D5 Render to its whitelist, could you log in D5 Render or download the assets?
