Hello, I am new to D5. I was rendering my model and was successful in rendering the model for several times until the last attempt. The last rendering was rendered in 16K, just like the last few ones that were saved. Unfortunately, the rendering, although was completely rendered, was no where to be found. I can see the saved file but upon opening the file, it gives me a message of IT LOOKS LIKE THE FILE WAS MOVED OR RENAMED. I tried to render again and save it to another folder, but just the same, I have the same result, same message. Please help. Thank you.
**D5 Render Version:**2.5.2.0332
**Graphics Card:**Nvidia RTX 4090
**Driver Version:**31.0.15.3713
**Issue Description:**It Looks Like the file was moved or renamed Screenshots/Videos Description:
Have not encountered it before… Can the Photos app open other pictures normally? If it can, then there may be a problem with the picture itself, or as stated in the picture, its location or name has changed, making it impossible to open the picture.
Firstly, This situation is due to the Photos app being linked to your account and has a memory effect, Please refer to the following steps:
In the Photos interface, click “Settings”, select the folder you want to display in “Sources”, and then turn off the Microsoft Onedriver switch.
Secondly, If there is also a problem with opening other pictures, please refer to the following steps:
Click on the search in the taskbar (Cortana icon) and type PowerShell. Right-click PowerShell in the search results and select “Run as administrator”.
Execute the following command:
get-appxpackage Microsoft.Windows.Photos | remove-appxpackage
Search for “Microsoft Photos” in the Windows App Store and reinstall the app.

I was able to solve the issue. It was actually due to the new feature D5 SR enabled that prevents me from saving any rendered images above 2k. Once disabled, although the rendering is a lot slower, everything is good. D5 SR is a beta version as part of the D5 Render latest update.
