For a few days now I have had a problem opening D5 files. When it asks me to update scene elements it tells me that I have insufficient space but I have more than 500GB of space.
What is this message about? It also doesn’t give me any code to obtain more information about the reason.
I would appreciate the guidance, at this moment it is impossible for me to work

Thank you for reaching out. The “insufficient space” message in D5 Render does not always mean your main drive is full. In many cases, it is related to the workspace location, permissions, or the asset cache path, rather than the total available disk space.
To help us identify the cause, could you please confirm the following:
Where is your project file stored? And where is your D5 Workspace folder located?
Is the workspace on the same drive that has 500GB free?
Does the issue happen with all projects or only one specific file? And do you have full read/write permissions for the workspace folder?
Have you tried running D5 as Administrator?
Approximately how large is the project file (.drs)?
