Installing version 2.11 – installer not working

Hello.
I am teaching a user how to use D5. I am still using version 2.11 because the plugin for ARCHLine has not been updated yet.

The user, on the other hand, has installed version 3.0, so the two programs cannot be synchronized. I downloaded the previous version (2.11) for the user from this link:

However, when I tried installing it on my other computer, the installer does not work and the program does not install.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. To help with the installation problem you’re encountering, please try the following:

  1. Temporarily disable your antivirus, firewall, VPN, or proxy, then try the installation again.
  2. Ensure your internet connection is stable (using a wired connection if possible).
  3. When running the installer, right-click and choose “Run as Administrator” — this can help avoid permission issues.

Also, do you see any error prompt or message when the installer fails?
