when I insert a skp model, it doesn’t appear anywhere, but if that same model will appear, it does appear, and I have tried this with different skp models.
I already uninstalled the program and reinstalled it, I also used the nvidia drivers that you recommend and it still doesn’t work.

Hi Franco,

Sorry to hear that you ran into the problem. To confirm, the problem happens to a specific .skp file, right?
​Do you click on the Import button directly in D5 Render to import that model?

Please try:

  1. Explode the model in SketchUp then import it again.
  2. Use D5 Converter for SketchUp to sync the model into D5 Render.
