Incorrect verification code input

I’m having a problem during the unbind process — no matter how many times I try, when I enter the verification code I keep getting the message “Incorrect verification code input.”

This is a bit urgent, so I’d really appreciate it if you could help me solve it as soon as possible.

Hi, did you encounter this issue while unbinding a device? Please follow the on-screen prompts to enter your D5 account, password (note: this is your D5 account password), and verification code in sequence.

Yes, I’m familiar with the unbinding process — it’s not my first time using it. Normally everything goes smoothly without any issues, but today I just can’t complete the unbinding action.
