After a period of time without using it, the email password must be entered again. Is there any option to keep the password always saved?

Usually, users don’t need to enter their account and password when starting D5, but sometimes it happens due to the following situation.
- You don’t connect to the internet or you use D5 offline.
- someone used your account on other devices.
If not, you have better change your password. hope it helps.

Regarding the above we have other doubts:
The computer where the software is running is a corporate computer outside the domain and therefore offline.
Is there any option to stay logged in and not ask for a password?

Hi mate, sorry that we do not support that. Every time you open D5 Render it will need Internet access to verify your account, so if the computer is offline, the account will log out automatically.
