Ignore Premium Membership

I’ve been getting the same error since I purchased the program. When the asset library and video are created, it warns of using a community version.

When you turn the asset library on and off several times, the subscription issue is resolved and the video rendering issue is resolved.

What is the reason of this?

Will it be fixed in the next releases or is there a problem with my subscription?
Note: There is no interruption to my internet connection.

Is there any anti-virus or proxy/VPN softwares running at the same time with D5 Render?
If so, please disable them and to see if the issue can be solved.

If not, there are two folders named “Logs”. Please compress them and send to me via Message here

  • Win C: “%local appdata%\d5_immerse\Saved\Logs”
  • Installation Directory of D5 Render: “D5 Render\logs”
