What’s happening is that I’m having a problem with my license. I want to get my student license, but it was rejected. I’ve watched the video they sent me to apply for the license, but I don’t know if it’s due to a platform error, but it doesn’t even appear for me to enter the teacher’s information. Supposedly below, where I sent my documents, my teacher’s information should appear to complete the documentation, but it appears, according to his page and videos, it should appear like this.
