I installed the software on win11 but I cannot log.
One time I succesful but the next time, when I opened I lost the log.
So, now when I ope the software, I cannot see the demo scene
Hello, I think that is mainly related to network problems, or maybe server being blocked.
Please check the firewall settings, and you can also try turning off Windows firewall temporarily when trying to log in to D5 Render.

A. two folders that contain logs
A folder called logs, in the installation directory of D5 2.0 preview
A folder called Saved, in C:/Users/your account/AppData/local/d5_immerse
B. network tool logs
download the networkstats tool and follow the steps, then send us the logs as well.
