when i render the animation camera in 4k it’s freezes and can’t be rendered, despite the GPU is RTX 4060 but the camera couldn’t be rendered ?
what can i do ?
Does this issue only occur on this specific file? If so,
- What is its file size?
- Please check your VRAM in Task Manager while opening the file and while rendering it. Please send us a screenshot.
- Please try using Demo Scene File - Residence Lawn and try to render an animation in 4k. Let us know if the issue persists
- Disable GPU Overclocking
- Disable Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling

Hello clov thanks for your reply, the issue was in every file which had opened, so i have solved my issue when i removed the cache files in F2 folder and also removed the d5 software and reinstall it again, the issue had been solved and the animation cameras had been rendered well.
