When I try to create a new file, nothing happens. More precisely, the base workspace appears, but I can’t see the interface panels—it’s as if the program only half loads, and then nothing else happens. At home I have a PC and it runs perfectly there, but on this laptop it doesn’t work, even though I’ve tried several times.
Please help me!

Please reinstall D5 Render using this complete package link: Download Package

  • It’s best to completely remove your current D5 and D5 Launcher via Control Panel before reinstalling.
  • If issue persists, please send us your log files.
