I cannot change the administrator to a team member

I want to change the administrator to a team member or remove them, but there is no option available for me to manage this.

Can only the owner assign team roles? If so, how can the owner be changed?

Yes, only the owner is able to make the change, and the owner could be only one person.

Hi, the owner can be changed. But the original owner won’t be the owner identity any more.
