When inserting a model from Sketchup, all the materials appear blank and they don’t let me download from the library, I get this message.
Hello, did you differentiate between the different materials of the model in sketchup? Which version of the plugin are you currently using, or have you imported this model directly into D5?If it’s a plugin, you could try disconnecting the plugin and then relinking it.
