Hyper reflective materials and reflecting the horizon line

**Graphics Card: RTX 2080
**Driver Version: 512.15
**Issue Description: I recently have been having this bug where suddenly some materials appear to be ultra reflective and they always reflect the horizon line (even when I use the white background.) And it’s appearing in all my models even (both in viewport and render). I tried to reduce reflection to 0 and it still appear on my textures, some more than others.

it doesn’t matter if they are reflective or not.

Steps to Reproduce (optional):

Hello, from the screenshot, this kind of problem appears often due to light objects inside a model (wall, table, etc)
Please check those lights and if some of them are inserted inside the model, please move them out.
