I’ve been dealing with an issue for months where I can’t log in due to a message saying “unbind the device.” I want to know if unbinding a device is possible with an educational account. If it is, I can’t seem to find the unbind section in my account. Can anyone help me?

If so, changing the registered device, including its hardware, is strictly prohibited to safeguard your personal information.
