Hi everyone! Recently when updating D5 Render, many users encountered the same issue, that is D5 Render cannot detect their GPU.
When you encounter this issue, please do the following steps to help us find the cause:
- Firstly, try the installation of the new installer, which may solve this issue in most cases—https://www.d5render.com/download.
- If the issue persists, please send us a screenshot of the error message and run the support tool and send a log file it exports to me through the email (rubyliu1107@gmail.com).
