Is there anyone available to help fix a major problem really quick. Me and my classmates are trying to sync our revit model with our D5 renders and for some reason when we open D5 through revit none of the materials placed previously show up. Is there anyone available to help us virtually right now?

  • Can you confirm if this issue occurs with this specific file only?
  • How are these materials brought to Revit? Was it imported, or is it a built-in Revit material in the Autodesk library?
  • Can you send us a video recording showing the process?
