Hdri turn to solid color

D5 Render Version: 2.7
Graphics Card: 3060ti
Driver Version: 552.22
Issue Description: HDRI turn to solid color - all settings are working, but hdri stay just solid color. This happens not immediately after upgrade to 2.7. No matter custom or D5 library HDRI, and this happens in only one project, all old project works well, new projects too, but if i merge empty project with this one, but without scenes, problem appear again. On the rendered images Hdri also just color. Also my recent projects tab is empty now. This two problems appears in the same time.
