Issue 1 : Whenever I try to use HDRI the sky portion turns completely black, even though the light intensity does change with the setting, but the sky remains black.

Hi @lokesh1

1 - Please check your model’s Z-axis value if it is a whole number. It should not have any unnecessary signs, nor should it be in decimal format.

2 - As for the roads, are you using D5 Terrain? Try disabling it; perhaps it is being blocked by the terrain. Also, just to be sure, after importing it, you did place the model by right-clicking it and selecting “place”?

Hi @Clov

  1. Yes the z axis is a whole number. I even tried changing it, there is no change.
  2. As for the road, i synced the whole model, it was there earlier, but suddenly roads didn’t show up. The file is visible.

Hi @lokesh1

Pardon? the HDRI issue has been resolved? If not please send us the file, you may send it to support@d5techs.com and have it titled ‘Clov-Forum HDR Sky Turning Black

The issue is not solved. Sharing the link tot he d5 file - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GBECR-wPRNmPQlgY9tqc7THMFkE9jDpI/view?usp=sharing

@Clov did you check the files?

Hi @lokesh1

Apologies for not being able to update. Yes, I did check the file that you sent, even the models that were imported. It does display a whole number in their XYZ Values; hence, this case is different from the ones that were reported before.

Anyway, I have escalated this issue further, and we’re still investigating it.

@Clov

Thanks for the update.

hey @Clov, any update on this ?

2.11 hotfix will be addressing the HDRI turning dark/black issue.
