Hello, one questione; d5 render support GTX Titan black? I’ Ve problem to start the program, remain loading 0% and for close It i must use task manager ,and close also in background. Thank you for help me

This graphics card was early, and there may be this situation as you mentioned.

  • There are two folders named “Logs”. Please compress them and send to hao.wang@d5techs.com, which can help us know your issue better

    • Win C: “%local appdata%\d5_immerse\Saved\Logs”
    • Installation Directory of D5 Render: “D5 Render\logs”
