Full dark black screen appears every time I try to launch D5 Render on my system. The software opens, but the interface stays completely black, and I can’t access any of the tools or settings.
Iam using an NVIDIA RTX 3060 GPU with the latest drivers installed, along with 32GB RAM and Windows 11. I have already tried reinstalling D5 Render, updating my GPU drivers, and adjusting my system’s power settings, but the issue persists.
Has anyone else faced this problem? Could it be related to compatibility with my system, or am I missing a specific setting? Any suggestions or ideas please share with me.

Please try to disable the “Optimizations for the windowed game” option in the System > Display > Graphic setting.

If you let the mouse hover over the taskbar, does the small window display correctly?
* If the small window display in your task does display the preview normally, please check if you are using a Windows High-contrast Theme or a plug-in called “Mica For Everyone” and disable it.

- Does the black screen occur in all D5 Render files? Or is it file-specific?
- Was this prevalent in previous versions of D5, such as 2.8? or does the problem occur after the 2.9 update?
- Can you tell me if you are running the 2.9 or 2.9.1 version?
- Have you tried a clean reinstallation of your driver? If you haven’t, you may follow this link: Solution 3— Try a clean installation of the graphics card driver
