File crashing at 11 percent

D5 Render Version 2.7.1

Graphics Card: Geforce RTX 3060
Driver Version: Geforce game ready driver 555.85

Issue Description: I was working on a project with on sketchup with live sync on and when I was about to render, the app crashed saying my TDR has gotten low. But my Lumion 11 works fine. Please help me, I need to submit my project by 5 June and my model was finished but I didn’t get to render.

Regarding crash, if you try to create a new empty scene, can D5 run normally? Please tell me your dedicated GPU memory usage when running D5, you can refer to the following image. Please turn off CPU overclocking or RAM XMP profile if they are turned on.

According to your screenshot, you should not have enough graphics memory capacity for this scene file. Here are some methods of optimizing the VRAM for reference. For instance, the trees in the distance could probably be replaced with ‘Low Poly Trees’.
