I don’t know of a direct solution but you can try these things:

Check NVidia for GPU driver updates.

Go into NVidia Control Panel and reset global settings to defaults.

The KERNEL32.dll callback indicates something graphically is not loading properly, thus causing the crash. Have you tried rolling your GPU drivers back to an older update? Perhaps something a few months older than the newest. It could be that the newer update just isn’t playing nice with your hardware with D5.

I will roll back to a few older drivers (1 year or older as well as 6 months ago)

Unfortunately it’s still the same with multiple different versions of D5 2.3.0/2.4.0/2.5.2

Is it only this one file? Or D5 in general? It’s possible something has corrupted within the work file alone.

This is for two different files but within the same project, but no other project has this in their files… so likely related to file handling!

Just me, but in interest of time I would just migrate assets into a new project. When files corrupt it is rare to repair and retrieve lost work.
