D5 render does not import any file format. I open the software, go to import and see the files. .skp, .fbx, .3dm. But after importing there is not any imported elements or objects in the list below. It is always empty.
I work on my project with ArchiCad 27 and export my model to these formats.What can I do to use the files that ArchiCad saved?

I converted fbx, skp, 3dm formats from ArchiCad 27. It doesn’t work with none of our projects. The problem and the symptom is always the same. There is no files in the imported list. Is it possible that the AC27 is not compatible with the D5? It is an official software so I don’t understand the issue.
I have not tried your Live-sync Plug-in for Archicad yet because we work with macintosh computers (MacOS). And the D5 is on a PC in our office. I thought we export simply some formats and import them to D5.
Is the problem the MacOS? Do you have this type of experience?
Which process do I need record? You mean the process the file converting from AC, or the process the importing in D5?

Just to clarify and make sure that we are on the same page. Basically you create your ArchiCAD Models using Mac Devices (apple) then you proceed to export them or convert them to fbx,skp, and 3dm formats inorder to import them to D5 Render. The D5 Render software is in a different device location, since D5 does not support Mac devices yet.
