‘Faild to save the preset, please try again’

I can’t even get the ‘save preset’ function to work.
Is this also whitelisted?

‘Faild to save the preset, please try again’
I get a warning like above

We gave it a name and a location.
But it won’t save, no matter how many times we try.

D5 ver. 2.10

Hi @sw1261.kim

I apologize for the inconvenience. So the AI Issue on your end has been resolved after whitelisting our IPs?

May I ask:

  • What were you trying to save? Is it perhaps an environmental preset? Scatter? Brush? Do all of these options prompt an error window?
  • What is the available file size of your D5 Studio?
  • Have you tried switching a network or rebooting the router? Also, please turn off the antivirus or firewall and then check the result.
  1. environment presets

  2. error on all files regardless of file size (fails to save on everything from files just started to files over 1GB)

  3. I have Samsung C&T and can’t turn off the company security program.

  4. I haven’t tried AI whitelisting yet, but it takes time due to strict company security screening.

  5. so I’m wondering if there is an IP address whitelist in the environment preset as well.

Hi @sw1261.kim

Access to D5 Render Studio is also subject to your company’s network security policies regarding unfamiliar IPs. If AI features are blocked due to unwhitelisted IPs, D5 Studio functionality will likely be affected as well.

Thanks I’ll try the whitelist and share the results, have a nice day
